The leadership has taken feedback seriously, and the company has committed to a full year of management training to improve culture, training, and feedback for all employees.

Decent company, but leadership could definitely implement some changes. Decent opportunity for someone trying to get their foot in the door with no diploma.

Good way to get your feet wet & get some experience in a new career. They'll hire just about anyone. Update your resume and start looking for a new job elsewhere after 3 months though, most reps get fired before they hit 6 months. CEO has no clue what he's doing, just ask him some basic sales opps questions, he won't know the answer. Laid off 90% of the company...Read More
