I love working for North State. I started out as a BDR and quickly was promoted up to Sales Manager based on my performance and experience. The opportunity also allowed me to gain experience in the EdTech field and eventually transition to a AE role with one of our clients. However, I still work for the company in a part time role supporting their sales opps and reporting.

Training was good when I started, but since the CEO has laid off the only people in leadership that understands sales and how to train it. It was a good intro to sales. The CEO is really shady. Good way to get your feet wet & get some experience in a new career. They'll hire just about anyone. Update your resume and start looking for a new job elsewhere after 3 months though, most reps get fired before they hit 6 months. CEO has no clue what he's doing, just ask him some basic sales opps questions, he won't know the answer. Laid off 90% of the company...Read More
