Morale is low and consistently losing our institutional knowledge especially within delivery. Moat is diminishing as new entrants come online. The remainder of this year and H1 of next is going to be do or die.

Nobody on the net new logo team has hit their number in the last 5 years. Incredible turnover within sales and solutions engineering. Company lacks strategic direction which is driven by the executive leadership team. Culture is driven by in-fighting amongst internal teams and an inability to complete basic tasks. Company culture was incredible when I started. Lots of diversity and “go-getters” who were excited to take the product to market. As the company grew, culture slipped and became purely numbers focused. No one started with us still at the company and has jumped ship.
