Company vision is strong, but the product has a lot of issues still that are being worked out. Company is struggling to become profitable and had to layoff a significant portion of their sales staff as a result.

The company is mainly straight white men with major discrepancies in pay based on gender. The product itself is extremely subpar based on competition without a roadmap or solutions to fix. The market for outside staffing has changed dramatically and I don't see the company succeeding.
