Pros -strong culture -benefits -health and wellness initiatives -remote work -flexible time off -opportunities for advancement within OEC -professional development stipends for books, etc. -positive work environment -polls to get a pulse on what employees are thinking/feeling -CEO Patrick Brown and President Kelly Connery value feedback and input from employees. They are both examples of tremendous leaders Cons -company is growing rapidly -major acquisitions over last 3-5 years -base salary is lower than industry average

As more people leave reviews it will be higher. Excellent product market fit, giant in the auto industry with potential to grow 4-5x bigger over next 5 years. Sales in this industry has its own challenges but isn’t as hard as other industries

Great compensation plan, good benefits, 4-day work week. Good products with good name recognition in the industry. High connect rate for phone calls due to the nature of the business. Positive changes from the top down over the last couple years have improved this place a lot. Team is supportive of each other.
