Former Employee My overall experience was poor, OSF is a sinking ship, I was told my role was created for me, but I realized they fired someone (after I joined) and I was actually replacing that person. They also lied on the account management vs new business acquisition split. Unrealistic targets straight off the bat. Leadership, in North America, is simply highly inexperienced and unfit. The CEO literally lives on an Island. I would be surprised if they were still alive by end of next year…to avoid at all costs!
