My overall experience was not that good. Co workers and managers was good, product is Telecom. No reason to change as there's a Monopoly with Bell and Rogers for 90% of services. Was not able to change my route despite many attempts of asking from my managers. Same old route, same people not willing to buy. Just to give you an idea, I was called a "tenured rep" just over 1 year of being on the team. That tells you how bad the churn is.

Micro-managerial environment, they don't trust field leaders to lead the team. Training is minimal and they expect you to start selling after 3 days. The POS system is simple to operate but has error messages that if you don't ask question on each on you won't know that there are work arounds. OSL could do with better training and a better compensation structure. As of now, employees either succeed or fail on their own merit. While this is changing in current times, a lot of management contributes to a toxic culture pushing for sales by any means necessary
