Don't recommend the Odoo office in Dubai. Favouritism, small base compensation, every day in the office with micromanagement in every aspect. Lack of training, no SDRs, no Solution Consultants. One AE makes the job of SDR, AE, Solution Consultant and Account Manager with a very small base. Rarely people reach their targets, and the atmosphere in the office is toxic, employee turnover is high

Amazing lovely company to start at, but is unfortunately a journeyman place. 1-3 years at most then get recruited by the next best thing
