Most including myself were Dedicated to this role and company. We worked above and beyond. Direct leadership cares but Executive leadership only cares about stock buybacks and very little to no investment in the company infrastructure. It’s unfortunate because there were so many good, ethical, successful and hard working people there. Most are gone and are not replaced. Lay off after layoff after layoff.

Not very good. New VP of sales. Trying to get account managers to act as AE’s. 3x KPI’s, goals increased month over month, despite economic decrease. Not a sustainable atmosphere for retention.
