Overall it's a chaotic place to work. Leadership doesn't seem to be on the same page. They overhired then let so many people go in wave after wave. Market is oversaturated, very competitive. And the message of "being a leader in the market" doesn't always work. Brands don't seem to care about that. They care about value, time to launch and cost.

Plan for 2024 was ill-constructed. Maybe 3 out of 40 reps will hit quota and all will be in the Enterprise segment, none in Emerging Enterprise segment. Great people and great product, but goals are aggressive given TAM limitations and headcount
