They have cut the compensation in the past 3 years and the morale is low. The reps are unmotivated working for less. Leadership is trying to make the company look profitable by lowering compensation and they are losing interest from a lot of tenured, talented reps.

Worst experience, I've had in device in 16 years. Multiple product recalls in the first 6 months. Constant product warning letters being sent to customers, 3-4 layoffs in a year, horrible leadership and training.
