Worst experience, I've had in device in 16 years. Multiple product recalls in the first 6 months. Constant product warning letters being sent to customers, 3-4 layoffs in a year, horrible leadership and training.

Overall a decent to company to be working for. Earnings are more tied to variable comp plus overage. Upside is there is a comp floor. Company seems to be trying to pivot to incentivize growth areas, but have completly pulled earnings from run rate business which is not acceptable in a transition state.
