Sales is rewarded as long as you grow the top line, but that’s tough as word-of-mouth and marketing are poor. If you are in CS, product or support, there is not infrastructure to support customers outside of you. Online tools are non-existent. Renewal managers and support are paid at most in the low $50’s. With the number of customers you’ll have and the state of the products, it’s not worth it.

The company is a train wreck with a revolving door for leadership. Not nearly the PS staff needed to support, let along develop solutions. The job is selling enterprise software but sales management has a transaction-based approach, mandating Sandler Selling classes. Public Sector team might be 50% of plan by the end of the year.
