The company is terrible and treats it’s staff extremely poorly. Currently there are 16 people who have raised complaints about compensation being held back for curious reasons. The leadership are all from the CEO’s old company and have all been let go. The company is failing and the staff in the field are the ones who are loosing.

Mixed, the leadership team seems uncertain, and is not playing a long-term game. What needs to be prominent and stands out is the product, fix everything else later but fixt the value proposition. Have a clear vision on which battlefield to place our resources in and grind.

Toxicity...HR enables toxic management. Managers are permitted to insult and demean you. Avoid working here particularly working in customer success. Not worth it.
