Mixed, the leadership team seems uncertain, and is not playing a long-term game. What needs to be prominent and stands out is the product, fix everything else later but fixt the value proposition. Have a clear vision on which battlefield to place our resources in and grind.

This company had a plan for growth and the employees were excited about it. The company's board got in the way and had no patience to see it through, and pulled the plug with 50% layoffs in what seems like an effort to sell the company. Employees have lost all trust in leadership.
