Current Employee This industry that Optimy sells into is very competitive, but the product fit is perfect at a time when every business needs to start thinking about corporate philanthropy and CSR.
The opportunity for the North American market is specifically exciting. Most organizations have previously thought of, or are currently thinking about CSR, but haven't found a platform that can meet their needs. The pressure is on the sales teams to find these organizations because right now is the perfect time to call.
The company culture is very outcomes and results driven so each employee, even new hires have the opportunity to make a name and impact in the organization. The team is also global so there is an incredible level of diversity.
