Really bad, the leaders were really toxic, he sometimes pretend to care or be nice, but actually wants people to be in fear for their jobs. He sets unrealistic targets, not based on what's achievable or done before, but based on what is needed to please the investors. There isn't product market fit, no one has hit targets in the US, there's so many other cheaper and easier to use solution that doesn't require a cumbersome setup.
