Little to no training provided to new reps. The leadership has been there for 20+ years and loves to remind everybody of it. They’re very much set in their ways and not receptive to new ideas.

Overall a good place to work. But in my division products are very slow to market and territories are very unequal but quotas are all identical. With that said, I am optimistic.
