Mid-Market deal with a very limited product stack we can offer our customers - only targeted on Mobile (SIMs), Fixed Data and Voice, and Mobile Broadband. Until we have access to the Enterprise product stack this will be a challenge. Less solution selling in this role and more transactional as a result.

The organisation is in a very poor state currently, with an obsession on driving net connect. All salespeople are now being targeted on this metric, whole the business still doesn't know how to measure it properly. Senior leadership has no telco experience and no clue.
