They are making it extremely difficult to pay your commission by imposing unrealistic contingencies. KPIs have been getting more unrealistic for years, which translate to eligibility for commission (25% of threshold). C-Suite need to fix this or people will leave.

Market demand can vary, it's not a must-have product so that can be challenging when companies are making hard decisions.
