The people at Orbus is what makes this company great. The product is OK. Top leadership is constantly changing. A lot was promised to the PE firms and now everyone is in a state of panic to achieve the promises.

Great company culture, strong product and a lot of growth in the company. They are making it extremely difficult to pay your commission by imposing unrealistic contingencies. KPIs have been getting more unrealistic for years, which translate to eligibility for commission (25% of threshold). C-Suite need to fix this or people will leave.

There are too many cooks in the kitchen and none with long-standing experience. The pricing and market fit are not aligned, and sadly a lot of changes with very little transparency.
