Current Employee BDR management is excellent -- team culture and leadership are top notch on the BDR team. But growth and career development are lacking significantly -- especially the transition to AE roles. The firing/termination process for Orca Sales outside of the BDR team is brutal and cut throat (i.e. HR will just appear on your regular 1:1 with your manager and say your last day is tomorrow without any heads up). Another incident is an AE was put on a "PIP" (performance improvement plan) and was projecting to achieve the PIP KPI goals, but they fired him anyways before the PIP timeline was even completed. Completely blindsided. On top of all this, the support for BDR/AEs from marketing and the channel teams vary quite a bit.
