my overall experience has been positive but this organization, despite being market leaders, is not prepared to proactively handle changes within the industry. I believe Organogenesis has the best products on the market but is and will continued to be hindered by subpar leadership and continuing the same strategy that is currently letting us down.

Middle management is fantastic. Upper management has made some head-scratching decisions. Company is too focused on the present and seems to be winging it too often without a concrete vision for future growth. Reps aren’t micromanaged and have the ability to make very healthy commissions if they have a lot of private office business. Good place to work, not great.

Organogenesis has incredible products that produce positive healing outcomes. The Medicare control and shaky market in skin substitutes has led to a lot of change and struggle. IF they can weather the storm and keep their good culture, the sky is the limit!
