If your at the right branch, your technicians can get the work you sell done in a timely manner. But otherwise, if you sell allot you can be behind 2 weeks

Overall not a bad job. I’m new to sales and glad I started here but outside of swarm season it can be rough. I don’t feel overly pressured by management but I have noticed anyone without significant b2c experience seems to struggle to make numbers for at least the first year or two.
