Orum is easily the best company I've worked for. From top to bottom everyone is bought into what we're building. Leadership is very hands on. They go above and beyond to put people in a position to succeed. It's also great to use & sell a product that you believe in! Everyone is approachable, supportive, and passionate about the space. Hearing our customers' feedback makes being here even more worthwhile. VERY glad to be here!

I learned a lot in this role and felt supported by my team and manager. The product is good, although there are many other similar products on the market. Overall pay structure is good for an SDR role, except quota attainment is low across the board, making OTE difficult to hit.
