They’ve made too many changes to comp plans, quotas, account distribution. It was great at first but leadership hasn’t backed up their word in many areas.

The compensation package is good, but you’re very much on your own if you need help. The rules and expectations are unclear, and what counts as a qualified opportunity has changed multiple times. Who you’re paired with as an AE also makes a big difference since each one has their own workflow and approach.

My overall experience is great. The people at Orum are phenomenal and selling to sales people is a lot of fun. I've especially loved learning a lot of revops processes and feel confident that I have built the skills that will allow me consult for any SaaS sales team around how to build a successful outbound motion using the phones.
