The compensation package is good, but you’re very much on your own if you need help. The rules and expectations are unclear, and what counts as a qualified opportunity has changed multiple times. Who you’re paired with as an AE also makes a big difference since each one has their own workflow and approach.

Great org. Tons of greenfield. The team is great, leadership is super transparent, and the product market fit is pretty ideal. More competition is coming into the arena but that's not a bad thing. Also most reps seem to be doing well, take my 70% as a "more or less" estimate

They’ve made too many changes to comp plans, quotas, account distribution. It was great at first but leadership hasn’t backed up their word in many areas.
