Been actively selling here for over 3 years. Ive seen my quota increase exponentially while getting minimal base increases. Most reps here do not achieve quota unless they get super lucky and close a big new logo and have a current customer complete a big upgrade. Product is very complex and hard to sell. In 3 years I've seen 3 pricing structure changes. Company needs better leadership
