2 year ago the SDR org was in a great place, good leads, culture, and pay. Ever since the Marketing team took over the SDR function at the beginning of 2024 things have gone downhill. Reps no longer meeting quota, morale is down, and lead quality has turned to garbage. Product is great but is a nice to have not a need. Overall with the direction the company is going wouldn't recommend working here.
