I was hired for what I thought would be a long term role. Last winter they released 90% of the sales team. 3 months later I came across a PFL position posted matching my role. Seemed weird that they scrapped the whole team and then decided it was time to rehire everyone, but I guess that's what makes the money look better.

It was an ok company to work for, but wouldn't want to stay long. Was only base pay for BDR's and leadership tended to micromanage quite a bit.

Saw multiple reps get lot go during my time there. Difficult product to sell and the market for the product isn’t there

Was repeatedly told that I was on track for a promotion and that we were just waiting on the new CSO to approve the position to open up.
