Current Employee Very rah rah boys club. Most everyone is in their early/mid 20s which can be fun but also shows that nobody who’s been in the sales game for a while wants to work here.
Only get commission if your outside AE converts your appointment. Very high work rate is demanded.
Since switching to an EOT model, management at PHMG has been flip flopping both personnel and what they expect from their workers. Lots of hirings and firings going all the way from upper mgmt down to the SDR level. They seem scared of AI coming for their biz model so keep an eye on how that works out for them.
Speaking of firings, the churn at the company is phenomenal! I’ve never seen anything like it! Hats off to y’all idk how you do it lol
