Very rah rah boys club. Most everyone is in their early/mid 20s which can be fun but also shows that nobody who’s been in the sales game for a while wants to work here. Only get commission if your outside AE converts your appointment. Very high work rate is demanded. Leadership is generally supportive of its employees, but quick to let you go if you are not meeting expectations. There is high turnover among new hires, and they constantly hire new salesmen on a monthly basis to replace those who leave. High pressure to consistently hit quota, both individual and companywide.
