Great company with a great product market fit. Many of the strategic reps/named account owners make an absolute killing, but the entry level/junior sales opportunities do not have a very competitive compensation model, however the product market fit/inbound lead flow and professional development opportunities could supplement the lower pay for some. Highly recommend starting your career here since a lot of employers see it as a very positive stamp on your resume, and you will get the opportunity to speak with Fortune 50 executives just on inbound/upsell opportunities alone.

Product offerings are very strong in some areas and weaker in others. Sales compensation gets boosts from many different 'kickers': i.e. - Closing within a particular quater, longer contract terms, etc.

Fantastic place to work. The DEI piece was consistently rammed down everyone's throat. Most companies that hyper focus on DEI have the opposite effect as they alienate others. It's equality for all, not equity for all.
