My overall experience was okay at PTC. They want the best of the best and offer competitive base salaries, but leadership is always turning over and they have a boys club mentality. Better not be a square peg going into a round hole.

PTC is an old boys club. Loading long term AEs with the best accounts and providing the unwanted accounts to new AEs to struggles causing bad moral among those under 3 years with the org.
