Current Employee The people are great, but they’re led by a board looking to 10x growth and leadership isn’t able to think past the current quarter. This means goals are unreasonably high (on some teams more than others, w/ some teams having zero reps reaching quota) and a top down culture of constant pivots and to dos that are shortsighted and/or surface level. The product is very hard to sell. Crowded market place and product is more complex than competitors. They do always try to do something new and have a lot of really smart people, well attended virtual events, and seem to be trying to support revenue teams with more marketing and operations.
