Overall experience was positive. Gtm function is on shaky ground but clients typically love the product and the use case it addresses isn't going anywhere...the space is continuing to commoditize fast so we'll see how their product team continues to evolve the platform.

lots of customers churned and it seems like product is not as attractive to the market anymore. competitors are eating pagerduty's lunch at the moment.
