Great place to work in most ways. Two areas that are yellow flags - Comp: they didn't offer merit raises /RSU refreshes this year (even though we're doing well financially and just started $100M in buybacks) Working: They are starting to "request" that people come into the office 1 day/week if they are near a "hub". They are also deprioritizing hiring outside of these hubs. They are not making anyone relocate or laying off employees outside of these areas and sales tends to get a pass in this area anyway since we travel. Just - be aware.

Been here awhile and its not as fruitful as "the good ole days" but honestly there could be a lot worse places to be. Good product market fit but maybe a bit more advanced for where alot of companies are today, so were waiting on the market to actually catch up.
