Been here awhile and its not as fruitful as "the good ole days" but honestly there could be a lot worse places to be. Good product market fit but maybe a bit more advanced for where alot of companies are today, so were waiting on the market to actually catch up. The good thing is we are definitely the platform for when those companies mature, so it will come. Lots of acquisitions and new products to sell as a platform play.

PagerDuty is a great place for compensation. The training and enablement is weak, but once you get a hang of it, you should make good money.

Company outlook is not great. Customers see product as a simple paging tool and this is causing customers to move to cheaper alternatives
