Product is in a niche and getting squeezed on both sides from ITSM and Observability vendors. If you have the right accounts (big cloud native shops with heavy devops/sre cultures) in the right region (north america) can make very good coin, otherwise it's a tough game at a company which is struggling to grow at even faster than public cloud is expanding. ELT is average, most have been at PD too long, seem out of ideas and missed the platform play while busy ipo'ing instead. Low pressure sales culture, if you talk the right talk.

Overall, it was a good experience. The product itself deals with a niche market and attempting to sell a premium product in a price conscious market has its challenges. Great company and fantastic market fit. Sometimes the company has very high aspirations which means they don’t always celebrate the successes they do have enough. They defined the market and continue to innovate in Everything Operations. Recommended!
