Overall, it was a good experience. The product itself deals with a niche market and attempting to sell a premium product in a price conscious market has its challenges. As an BDR, I was fortunate enough to be under the guidance of great AE's and had the opportunity to acquire industry standards from what you'd expect regarding command of the message and MEDDICC. Unfortunately, attempting to climb into an AE role was near impossible due to the struggles in the market. Good people, good leadership but difficult product to sell in this market.

Career architecture is a joke here. They look past performance data and the metrics they've set for promotion, and deny people based on "lack of tenure in role". However, then they regularly break this for their favourite people who don't fit the requirements for performance and promote them before.

Pay is great - goals are difficult to attain. Pace is fast moving and sales leadership changes quickly. Core product is sticky and we can use that to our advantage for upsells.
