Leadership is the issue with this company. BJ and Dan are great. After that, it goes downhill quickly. There is a reason leadership is turning over

Business is in a mess, targets getting higher, territories getting smaller, lots of management wanting to inspect but offering no value. People leaving in droves.

As an overlay - it has been a good role for my overall goals. I know the portfolio deeply. I get engagement from upper levels. Only complaint is the old guard continues to treat this team like a boys club. Preference and raises to his friends and complaints to others. Poor management is the reason I would leave my team.
