Current Employee I've worked here 3 years and they are the lowest attainment years of my 25 years in high tech sales. The Cloud/Cortex roles have extremely high quotas that do not map to any reasonable growth rate YoY. If the company expects to grow this business 30%, your quota might represent 400% YoY growth. Leadership is completely disconnected from the front lines. VPs and down have zero power. The company is run by finance and HR. It's unfortunate, because the product vision is strong, but it's a grueling place to work, and you will not have a voice to help influence direction.
