Great company to work for, product is best on the market, meetings are incredibly easy to get, economies of scale enable you to sell into new product lines

Too much deal inspection, SEs are now required to manage customers consumption, which is now part of overall compensation. Too much self paced training and too many products to learn. While we have overlays you will be pretty much stuck working the opportunity

Some truly talented people, new folks coming in may help. Massive changes in leadership in conjunction with sky high quotas. In some cases roles have been open for 1 year +. Some of the worst HR I’ve ever dealt with and I’m not sure what they are thinking. 14 interviews in some cases.
