Current Employee Overall great company, growing pains still lingering, many new faces in leadership have somewhat negatively impacted what was once a very strong pro-employee empowerment culture. Micro-managing has crept in steadily over past several years. I still feel company is one of the best in the biz both from the standpoint of product superiority and potential to earn. Exec leadership needs to listen more to the ICs and first-line leaders prior to making decisions and also look to fill senior leadership reqs internally prior to bringing in competitor cast-offs.
