PANW just isn’t what it used to be. It’s somewhat segment dependent but great reps are leaving in droves. The culture is being driven by the c suite and they are converting from a high value sales force to a process driven sales force. If you’re looking to launch your career this would be a fit, with the expectation you’re going to move on.

WAS a great company to work for. Now, capped commissions and the worst accelerators I’ve ever had. Hit your number and get a 20% BCR BUMP?! Not that it matters because 1 in 5 hit their number.
