The quotas have gone up, from annual contract value (ACV) to total contract value (TCV). Additionally, the new and renewals numbers have been combined, for the net effect of a much higher quota. In Federal, the TCV often isn’t applicable as the government typically buys in 12-month increments.

MY overall experience at PA was horrible as an SE , poor leadership and middle management. poor treatment of SEs , hire academy gradates and overwork exp SEs. move and change role every Q or fiscal year.

Great products, market leaders etc. very competitive space. Too many reps, small territories and inflated targets. That leads to a culture that needs improving
