Great company. Deep transformation from a HW company 10 years ago to a cloud saas company and now towards a platform company. Vision and products are great. Company is really customer oriented so as a sales you get all the support needed for important deals. People are great and collaborative. Offers are complex (so technical acupen is highly recommended), its a demanding environment and there s still a lot to do on synergies between offerings but it s in progress.

Used to have good managers in Europe and DACH region in particular until about three years ago. Since then a lot of non-qualified people were hired into manager positions. Excellent products but targets are very high.

Leadership is the issue with this company. BJ and Dan are great. After that, it goes downhill quickly. There is a reason leadership is turning over
