My overall experience was great. Creating a category (WebOps) and getting to Series E/Unicorn status was an incredible ride. Pantheon was slow to adjust from founder-led to unicorn-SAAS leadership and macro headwinds in 2022 led to a few rounds of layoffs but the platform, tech and vision are all still intact.

Seried D/Pre-IPO company that's led like a seed stage co. Chaos, lack of operational effieciency, departments don't talk to each other. A lot that needs to be improved.
