Great people, fully remote work is nice. Inefficiencies in sales process, dual leadership model between VIP and Automattic is a little weird.

Overhired AEs early in 2021 without having the marketing and branding to support AE funnels and assigned quotas. Poor sales leadership starts with the CRO.
