There literally is NO SALES ORG. 90% of sales org quit in past 3 months. New CRO is a career Chief People Officer (never sold a day at any level...)! Fired last SVP of Sales after 75 days. Haven't back filled any of the Directors of Sales that quit, and have nobody left to run the teams with any sales experience. There is no plan, no vision, no professional development of any kind, and a product that doesn't work. The company is headed for an iceberg.

What started as fun startup culture has evolved into a toxic sales environment where very few meet their true potential. The wrong attitudes are rewarded and only those who game the system get ahead. Pantheon’s demise has little to do with macro economic headwinds, poor leadership will reduce this company to nothing.
